Recruits and Members
Below we have listed the different types of members. This classification just helps us to recognize the weekend warriors from the dedicated squad members. Active members who drop out of rotation for a specified amount of time will be demoted and status chanced to inactive.
These types of members below are only a few and higher ranking member statuses are built into the command structure.
Off field, here we are all equal!
All active members must adhere to the following Minimum OP participation to retain Active status:

Attend the yearly Group Meeting

Participate in at least 1 Fundraiser event each year

Continued adherence to both this manual, listed Code of Conduct (15.) and Field Rules.
Active Members ranking E2 – E4, who miss 2 Training sessions or Team Battles consecutively, will be demoted a rank.
Active Members ranking E4 or higher who miss 5 consecutive games and 2 training Ops will be demoted in rank, flagged as inactive members and labelled Weekend Warrior.
Any members that stay inactive for a period of 6 months will be discharged from the Group. If injured you can still attend practice sessions and assist in Ops by way of HQ etc.
E1
The Recruit
This is a club member who has applied for membership and are now proving himself worthy of unit membership.
E2-E3
The Trainee
This is a Unit member who is training towards Active member. Trainees may begin squads and apply to join Fire teams.
E4 and Above
The Weekend Warrior.
This is an inactive member who only attends Unit ops sporadically.
E4 - E10
The Operator
This is for active Unit members who are dedicated and have advanced to the rank of Specialist. Operators are expected to host Operations and help with scenario writing.




Team Membership cards will be issued stating the following:

Call sign
To become an Official Unit Member and affiliate under a Squad or Fire Team, one must satisfy all of the requirements listed below:

Recruits must be 12 years and above and willing to learn.

Must be able to contribute their annual membership fees.

Recruits must own the basic recommended kit.

Recruits and active members must adhere to minimum OP participation to retain status.

Recruits must read and understand all that is encompassed in this OPCOM Manual.

All Recruits must comply with minimum equipment requirements.

All Recruits must attend basic Practice OPS to qualify for Unit admission.

Continued membership dependent on adherence to Code of Conduct, Field rules and procedures.

All admissions will be dependent on approval by OPCOM.
