As Airsoft is a sport, there is no rank system. Zeke Ops is a MilSim orientated group and therefore some form of command structure should exist. Zeke Ops is structured into Groups, every Group is divided into 3 fire teams. Every Fire Team (FT) consists of 6 members and have a Team Leader (TL) and a Second-in-Command (2IC). The TL of FT1 of each group is also the leader of the Group.
Rank and chain of command will only be applicable in Operations and Practice.
Off Field / out of OPS we are all equal!

The unit will strictly adhere to chain of command on the Field with no exceptions.

Members with repeated authority violations during Battle will be reprimanded.

Each member will know its position within his/her fire team and who their Leaders are.

Team Leaders are in command, and will be called upon in situations of dispute, or as needed.

Should a situation arise that TL's cannot resolve, the matter will be escalated to OPCOM for evaluation and resolution. All complaints and recommendations must be filed in writing or Email to OPCOM so Command may keep abreast of any developments or shortcomings.
Zeke Ops - OPCOM
OPCOM will comprise the director of ZEKE OPS and the TL's of a FT. 2IC's could also be called upon to attend meetings or act as proxy for their respective TL.
